Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Crafuel Outdoors for your equipment needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have developed the following refund policy:

 

  1. Returns: We accept returns of Crafuel Outdoors equipment within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide the order number and reason for the return.
  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

How do I return an item?

  1. Please reach out to Crafuel Outdoors customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
  2. Crafuel Outdoors support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
  3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Crafuel Outdoors with the following information:
  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number

 

 

  1. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that the following conditions with your orders cannot be refunded:
  • We cannot refund shipping costs.
  • Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one product or multiple products.
  • Refunds will be launched after the product is received and inspected.
  • Shipping damages are deducted from the refund, if applicable.
  • Shipping costs both ways will also be deducted from the refund.

 

  1. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team and provide the order number and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the new item.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team (Any delay Damaged Products Report over 3 business days after delivery may increase the rejection rate from carriers.)We will provide instructions for returning the item and will send a replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

 

Your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card, affirm, or PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card, affirm or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. 

 

  1. Refusal of Delivery: If an item is refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund will be issued for the item once it is received and verified to be in new, unused condition.

 

  1. Warranty: Crafuel Outdoors equipment comes with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with your equipment, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We may offer repairs or replacements depending on the nature of the issue and the terms of the warranty.
